In order for the A.M.E Church to remain a viable religious institution that includes believers of all ages and encompasses the needs of the saved and unsaved, the Church must ardently direct its attention to:
Emphasis on Spirituality
“O God, you are my God, I seek you, my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.” Psalm 63:1
Serving as an institution open and ready to be the vessel that will quench the thirst of those seeking in-depth spirituality.
Advocate for Social Justice:--
“ When you spread out your hands in prayer, I will hide my eyes from you; even if you offer many prayers, I will not listen. Your hands are full of blood; wash and make yourself clean. Take your evil deeds out of my sight. Stop doing wrong, learn to do right! Seek justice, encourage the oppressed. Defend the cause of the fatherless, plead the case of the widow.” Isaiah 1:15-17

Global Witness

Laity - Empower our Greatest Resource

Women and Ministry

Health Initiatives

Focusing on the miraculous, knowledge and prevention to conquer the diseases plaguing our people. Heeding the warning signs and sounding the health and education alarms in African Methodism.
Caring for the Clergy
“Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.” Matthew 4:11
Establishing an adequate system for our clergy and their families to find appropriate relief from the mental and physical stresses of ministry. Providing appropriate and safe care for clergy when the warning and danger signs are evident.
